Nestled in the heart of the charming Provençal village of Cabrières-d’Avignon, in the Luberon and close to Gordes—one of the world’s most beautiful villages—Le Mazet de Cabrières-d’Avignon Gordes is the perfect base to explore Provence’s treasures: Gordes, L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Lagnes, Roussillon, Ménerbes, Lacoste, Bonnieux, Goult, Lourmarin, Oppède-le-Vieux, and Apt. This traditionally built stone house, tastefully decorated in Provençal style, offers all the comforts you need: complete tableware and utensils, smart TV, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi ideal for remote work, new bedding with two double beds (160 and 140×200), ironing equipment, and sun loungers. The ground floor features a pleasant living-dining room with an open, fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs are two bedrooms (one open to the landing), a shower room, and separate toilets. Dishwasher and washing machine are also provided. For your comfort, kitchen and bedroom windows have mosquito screens. Located on a quiet street in the village center, near a private 11th/12th-century castle, the Mazet offers an intimate Provençal garden and a shaded covered terrace by the olive and cypress trees. Secure access allows you to park bikes or motorcycles. The sunny region is a paradise for hiking and cycling enthusiasts, with Mediterranean landscapes, vineyards, and hilltop villages. A municipal charging station for hybrid or electric vehicles is available 400 meters from the house. Please use electricity for heating or air conditioning reasonably; excessive consumption may incur an extra charge.
